CHECK IN TIME / CHECK OUT TIME
a) Check In Time: 12 pm / Check Out Time: 11 am
b) Early check-in or late check-out is subject to
availability and may be chargeable. The management
reserves the right of admission.
c) All check-in guests are requested to carry a valid
photo identification card such as Passport, Driving
Licence, Voter ID or Aadhaar Card.
CHILD POLICY
a) 2 children (10 yrs and below) accompanied by adults
above the basic adult capacity of the room without extra
bed is complimentary.
b) Children 11 yrs to 17 yrs accompanied by adults above
the basic adult capacity of the room with or without an
additional bed is chargeable as an adult, and it is also
restricted up to maximum of 2 children.
CANCELLATION POLICY
a) Booking cancelled within 48 hrs before check-in time
will be a 100% retention.
b) No show by guests is deemed as cancelled and subject
to 100% retention.
c) Cancelled rooms due to no show cannot be redeemed or
compensated in future room bookings by the guests.
d) Booking cancelled before two days of check-in time is
100% refundable.
TARIFF
The tariff is for the room/apartment only and it is
exclusive of Government Taxes.
The tariff card is available at the front desk and the
guests can collect the same to know the tariff.
GUEST REGISTRATION
Guests must sign the registration cards provided at the
front desk on arrival.
SETTLEMENT OF BILLS
a) Bills shall be settled on presentation vide, Credit /
Debit cards and Cash (INR).
b) We do not accept personal cheques.
COMPANY’S LIEN ON GUEST’S LUGGAGE & BELONGINGS
In case of default in the payment of dues by a guest, we
shall have the lien on their luggage and belongings and
be entitled to retain the same and to sell or auction
such property at any time without reference to the
guest.
The net sale proceeds will be appropriated towards the
amount due by the guest’s without prejudice to the
management's rights to adopt such further recovery
proceedings as may be required.
DEPARTURE
‘Check Out’ time is 23 hours.
The guest shall vacate the room allotted to him on
expiry of the period of occupation granted to the
guest.
On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry of
the period, the management shall have the right to
remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room
occupied by the guest.
LUGGAGE STORAGE
Our guests are welcome to store luggage in the luggage
room up to 7 days if space is available.
This is however at guest's risk and management will not
be responsible for any loss or damage.
GUEST BELONGINGS
Please make sure you lock the door of your room when
going out or retiring to bed.
An electronic safety locker is provided in the room and
the front desk to store any valuables.
We are in no way whatsoever responsible for any loss and
damage to your belongings or any other property from
either the room or the locker or any other part of the
apartment building complex for any cause whatsoever
including theft or pilferage.
HAZARDOUS GOODS
Bringing and storing of raw or exposed cinema films or
objects of a combustible or hazardous nature is
prohibited.
The guests shall be solely liable and responsible with
the management, its other guests, invitees, visitors,
agent and servants for all loss financial or otherwise
and damage that may be caused by such article or as a
result of the guest's negligence and non-observance of
any / all instructions.
VISITORS IN ROOMS
Visitors are not permitted to stay in the rooms or
apartment between 11 pm and 7 am.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
If you or your visitors damage or cause loss to any of
our property you will be held responsible and liable for
the same.
PETS
Pets are not allowed in our property.
MANAGEMENT RIGHTS
We are sure that you will respect our staffs and other
guests and not behave in a manner which annoys or causes
disputes. In the unlikely event of a guests making a
nuisance, the management has the right to request
him/her to vacate the room or the other area of the
property forthwith, without previous notice and without
assigning any reasons whatsoever and the guests shall be
bound to vacate when requested to do so.
In case of default, the management has the right to move
the guests and guests luggage and belongings from the
room occupied by him/her.
RELATION BETWEEN MANAGEMENT AND GUEST
Nothing here and above shall constitute or be deemed to
constitute or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, or any
other right or interest in the building premises or any
part or portion thereof, in favour of any guest or
resident or visitor and the management shall always be
deemed to be in full and absolute possession & / or
control of the whole building.
APPLICATION OF LAWS AND GOVERNMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS
Guest’s are requested to observe, abide by, conform to
and be bound by all applicable acts, laws, Government
rules and regulations in force from time to time.
AMENDMENT OF RULES
The management reserves the right to add, alter or amend
any of the above terms, conditions and rules which are a
part and an abstract of the lodging act.
